Yuk Hui

Yuk Hui (b. 1985, Hong Kong) is a philosopher of technology whose work on cosmotechnics — the question of different cultural and historical relationships to technology — has made him one of the most discussed and influential philosophers working today on questions at the intersection of technology, culture, and politics. He trained in computer science before turning to philosophy, studying at Goldsmiths, College London, and subsequently with Bernard Stiegler.
