Wouter Jaspers
Wouter Jaspers (Netherlands, 1986) is an electroacoustic sound artist, composer-performer, instrument designer, and curator based in Berlin. His work brings together field recordings, radio transmissions, electromagnetic phenomena, analog noise, and self-built instruments to explore hidden infrastructures and sonic environments. Through performances, installations, and research projects, he transforms signals and environmental sound into immersive listening experiences. Jaspers is co-founder of KOMA Elektronik, where he developed the Field Kit series for experimental sound practices. Active since 2005, he continues to develop custom instruments through his project Sonic Artefacts.
