Valentino Mora

Valentino Mora is an Italian-born, Berlin-based producer who first emerged as French Fries, co-founding the ClekClekBoom collective before retiring that alias for his own name. In 2016 he launched IDO (Intercontinental Dance Organization) with Amila of Altered Soul Experiment, a label built around hypnotic, percussive house drawn from tribal and ambient lineages. His albums Underwater (2021) and Biotope, both released via Donato Dozzy and Neel's Spazio Disponibile, trade dancefloor urgency for spectral sound design shaped by modular synthesis. Mora cites Joe Claussell, DJ Sprinkles, Terre Thaemlitz, and Dozzy as touchstones for a practice built around spirituality and introspection.
