TraTraTrax

TraTraTrax is a record label and artist collective founded in 2020 by Colombian producers Verraco (JP López), Nyksan (Nicolás Sánchez) and DJ Lomalinda (Daniel Uribe), working between Medellín and Bogotá. Conceived as a rowdier sibling to López's earlier imprint Insurgentes, it channels dembow, reggaeton, tribal guarachero and techno through hard, playful sound design, centering Latin American producers against Eurocentric club-music norms. Nick León and DJ Babatr's "Xtasis" became a genre-crossing anthem, Crack Magazine's Track of the Year in 2022, the same year the label was named Resident Advisor's Label of the Year. Its compilation No Pare, Sigue Sigue (2022) gathered sixteen tracks.
