Toxe

Toxe (born Tove Agélii, 1997, Gothenburg) is a Swedish electronic musician and DJ based in New York. A core member of the Stockholm collective Staycore, she began releasing music to SoundCloud at seventeen and trained as an architect, writing her thesis on the publicity of domestic space. Her records — including Blinks (PAN, 2018) and the debut album Toxe2 (Year0001, 2024) — combine heavy drums and sharp synthesisers in a style connecting club experimentalism to pop structure. She has collaborated with Mechatok as the duo Emiranda and released on Halcyon Veil and Year0001.
