Tim Bruniges

Tim Bruniges is a Sydney-based artist and musician whose practice spans installation, sound, and video. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music with distinction from the University of Western Sydney, a Master of Fine Arts from COFA, UNSW, and a PhD on live sound installation practice, supported by an Australian Postgraduate Award.

His site-responsive works use live input, amplification, and feedback to foreground listening as a public, embodied act, and have been shown across Australia, the US, UK, Belgium, Germany, France, Iceland, Russia, and Dubai. A founding member of the band The Dead Sea, he also collaborates with Sarah Mosca on the project Survey of Sound.
