The Bach Revolution

The Bach Revolution was a Japanese synthesizer ensemble active in the mid-to-late 1970s, comprising Kazutaka Tazaki, Motoaki Suzukawa, and Akiro Kamio, mentored and produced by Isao Tomita. Their 1976 debut presented polyphonic synthesizer works described as Electric Poems; they followed with Synthesizer Study (1978, Yamaha) — a teaching tool for analog synthesis recorded with Takashi Kokubo and members of Mandrake (including Susumu Hirasawa) — and the progressive electronic album No Warning (1979, RCA).
