Susana Mouzinho

Susana Mouzinho is a Lisbon-based artist and researcher working across analog photography and contemporary artist film. Trained in photography at Ar.Co, she holds a Master's in Communication and Arts on the concept of the analog in contemporary artists' films and is a PhD candidate in Artistic Studies at FCSH-NOVA, where her research turns to labour and the films of the Dziga Vertov Group. She has shown work at MNAC, Festival Fuso, Centro de Arte Oliva, the Museu do Neo-Realismo and Culturgest, and held a residency at Studio Meridional in Marseille. She previously worked in the Cinemateca Portuguesa's photographic archive and edits the contemporary art magazine Wrong Wrong.
