Suni Paz

Suni Paz is an Argentine-American singer, guitarist, and music educator who has dedicated much of her career to children's music rooted in Latin American folk traditions. Recording for Folkways and Smithsonian Folkways, she has produced albums of folk songs from Argentina, Chile, and other Latin American countries sung for children and families, maintaining the vitality of Spanish-language folk traditions in North American educational contexts. Her work has been recognised as an important contribution to multicultural music education and to the preservation of Latin American folk song.
