Scott Cazan

Originally from Los Angeles and now based in Stockholm, he works as a composer, performer, creative coder, and sound artist across experimental electronic music, sound installation, chamber music, and software art. His practice engages cybernetics, aesthetic computing, and feedback networks in which miscommunication and chaotic processes produce emergent musical forms. He has received commissions from the LA County Museum of Art, MOCA Los Angeles, and Issue Project Room in New York, and has taught at UC Santa Barbara, Art Center College of Design, and CalArts.
