Satori

Satori is a UK-based industrial and power electronics project founded in the early 1980s by Dave Kirby and Rob Maycock. Self-described as Fortean Electronics and Death Sonics, the project mixes harsh noise, tape manipulation, distorted vocals, and heavy percussion across releases on Broken Flag, Cold Spring, and Tesco Organisation. Key albums include Behold the Past (1988), Infect (1995), Contemptus Mundi (2008), and The Woods (2023). The group toured Japan with Sutcliffe Jugend in 2007 and has remained active into the 2020s.
