Sandra Naumann

A media historian and curator based in Berlin, her research centres on Visual Music, avant-garde film, and audiovisual live performance. She worked as a researcher at the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute Media.Art.Research in Linz, contributing to the See This Sound project examining the relation of image and sound in art, media, and perception. Together with Dieter Daniels she co-edited Audiovisuology: Compendium, an interdisciplinary survey of audiovisual culture, and the companion volume Audiovisuology 2: Essays. Histories and Theories of Audiovisual Media and Art.
