Ricardo Dorantes

A Mexico City-based videographic designer and electronic artist whose practice spans experimental sound, live media, video, motion graphics, and projection. His work treats image and sound as interdependent elements, and he has contributed to a range of groups and platforms at the intersection of experimental art, sound, design, and research. He has worked as a lecturer, workshop leader, and speaker in academic and professional contexts, with work presented at museums, galleries, and festivals in Mexico and internationally. He participated in the Live Performers Meeting in Mexico City in 2013.
