Raven Chacon (b. 1977) is a Diné (Navajo) composer, sound artist, and activist from New Mexico, whose practice spans graphic scores, chamber music, sound installation, and collaborative work with Native American communities. He was awarded the Pulitzer Prize for Music in 2022 for Voiceless Mass, composed for pipe organ and ensemble at the Milwaukee Art Museum. As a co-founder of the Postcommodity collective, he engaged in large-scale land art and media interventions addressing Indigenous sovereignty and US-Mexico border politics.
