Born in Viseu in 1976 and based in Lisbon, she is a Portuguese sound artist, filmmaker, and curator whose practice investigates the sonic dimensions of urban and ecological environments. Her documentary Soundwalkers (2008) gathered perspectives on sound from artists, musicians, physicians, and theorists, screening at the Subtropics Festival in Miami and at international sound art events.
