Pepe Mogt

Pepe Mogt, also known as Fussible, is a Mexican electronic musician and founding member of the Nortec Collective, the Tijuana-based group that fused norteño music, banda, and other regional Mexican styles with electronic dance music production. Emerging in the early 2000s, the Nortec aesthetic brought the border culture of Tijuana to international attention and became a touchstone for the intersection of regional folk traditions and contemporary electronic production. Mogt's work within and beyond the collective, both as Fussible and under his own name, continues to explore these connections from his base in Tijuana.
