October Prowler

October Prowler is a collaborative harsh noise project formed in October-November 2020 by Roman J. Leyva (Slit Throats, Plague Mother) and Michael D. Brown (Fleshlicker). Their self-titled two-track debut, billed as noir noise to hack and slash to, pairs Suzerain Eurorack electronics with crushing sequenced beats, industrial and dubstep-inflected rhythm, glowering sub-bass pulses and disturbing sample manipulation, evoking slasher-film menace through hyper-aggressive, militant noise. Later releases push further into electronic grindcore and harsh noise wall, sharpening the project's rhythmic, sequencer-driven attack within the noisecore underground.
