Neil Luck

Neil Luck is a British composer based in London. His work occupies the boundary between notated composition, live electronics, and music theatre, often integrating text, song, and unconventional instrumental technique. He has received commissions from the London Sinfonietta, the Riot Ensemble, and other new music ensembles, and his opera and theatrical works have been staged at major UK new music venues. His music draws on pop, experimental song, and contemporary classical practice simultaneously, with a strong interest in the performing body and the experience of listening as a subject. He releases on and-records and similar imprints.
