Manuela Benetton

Italian curator and promoter of experimental music with a background in Oriental Studies, Manuela Benetton is one of the key figures shaping experimental music culture in Berlin, where she arrived in 2002 and has spent over fifteen years building networks across the city's underground scenes. Operating between Berlin and northern Italy — with close ties to Milan and Venice — she curates and produces concerts and events bringing together artists working in improvisation, noise, and electronic music. She has presented Terry Riley, Nurse With Wound, Charlemagne Palestine, Ellen Fullman, and Keiji Haino at Berlin venues including the Elizabethkirche and Villa Elisabeth.
