Kutin / Kindlinger / Kubisch

Peter Kutin and Florian Kindlinger are Vienna-based Austrian sound artists whose collaborative practice produces documentary and field-recording-based works. Christina Kubisch (born 1948) is a German sound artist and composer known for her electromagnetic induction installations and wireless headphone listening works. Together they have produced works engaging with listening, environment, and the intersection of different sonic practices. Kubisch's Electrical Walks series — in which participants listen to electromagnetic signals of urban infrastructure — is among the most distinctive sound art of the past three decades.
