Kristoffer Raasted

Kristoffer Raasted is a Danish artist and musician working at the intersection of sound, performance and installation. Trained as a percussionist and classical singer, he holds an MFA in Media Arts and Art Theory from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, where he began a Novo Nordisk Foundation-funded practice-based PhD in 2020. His project, New Connections: Queering the Radio Voice, reads Judith Butler and Giorgio Agamben through podcasted conversations and sound experiments on voice and the performative. He has exhibited at Galleri Asbæk, Glyptoteket and Charlottenborg's Spring Exhibition, with further presentations in New York, Paris, Lisbon, Hamburg, Munich and Tokyo.
