Dengue Dengue Dengue

Dengue Dengue Dengue is a Peruvian electronic music duo from Lima comprising Rafael Pereira Santa Cruz and Felipe Salmon. Working with tropical bass music — chicha, cumbia, and Afro-Peruvian rhythms processed through analogue synthesisers and electronic production — they have developed a sound that is simultaneously rooted in Andean and coastal Peruvian music traditions and fully contemporary as club and festival music. Releasing on Shika Shika and other labels, their productions have positioned them as key figures in the Latin electronic underground and in international discussions of global bass music.
