Killawatt

Killawatt is a British producer and DJ whose music combines the weight and physicality of dubstep and drum and bass with industrial, drone, and noise elements. Releasing on Deep Dark and Dangerous, Samurai Horo, and other labels, his productions pursue a kind of organised brutalism — heavy engineering within dark atmospheric contexts. He is associated with the British bass music underground and a cohort of producers who extended post-dubstep aesthetics toward experimental and industrial territory. He performs regularly in UK and European club and festival contexts.
