Kap Bambino

Kap Bambino is a French electronic duo comprising singer Caroline Martial and producer Orion Bouvier, formed in Bordeaux. Their aggressively abrasive sound combines distorted noise, industrial electronics, and Martial's confrontational, physically intense vocals into a form of French harsh noise-pop. Releasing on Because Music and their own Impostor label, albums including 0°° (2006) and Blacklist (2010) established them in international alternative and electronic music circles. Their live performances are characterised by extreme energy and volume. They are one of the more distinctive and uncompromising acts to emerge from the French underground.
