Jules Reidy

Jules Reidy is an Australian guitarist and composer based in Berlin whose work spans experimental composition, electroacoustic music, and song. Working with a custom-built 12-string guitar designed for just intonation and alternate tunings, they create music inhabiting the space between microtonal mysticism, minimalism, and transcendental folk. Albums including World in World (Black Truffle, 2022) and Trances (Shelter Press, 2023) demonstrate their ability to integrate complex compositional thinking with direct emotional communication. Reidy has collaborated with Oren Ambarchi, claire rousay, and Andrea Belfi, and received commissions from the JACK Quartet.
