JK Flesh

JK Flesh is a solo electronic project by Justin Broadrick, the Birmingham-born musician best known as founding vocalist and guitarist of Godflesh, one of the earliest bands to merge extreme metal with industrial music. Where Godflesh and his project Jesu are guitar-centred, JK Flesh channels a separate strand rooted in electronic production, shaped by his 1990s collaboration with Kevin Martin in Techno Animal. The project shifted gradually from industrial-influenced club music toward minimal, dub-inflected techno. Broadrick has released four studio albums and multiple EPs under the JK Flesh name since 2012, alongside a split with Prurient.
