Jessica Ekomanne

A French-born electronic musician and composer based in Berlin, she grew up near Tours and studied art history before completing a sound studies programme in Berlin through a university exchange. Her practice combines computer music, sound synthesis, and algorithmic composition to create live performances and installations in which sound acts as a transformative element for both space and audience. Her debut album Multivocal was released in 2019 on Important Records. In 2024 she released Manifolds, commissioned by the Groupe de Recherches Musicales for its Acousmonium loudspeaker orchestra. She received a ZKM Giga-Hertz production award in 2023.
