Isa Kiviaho

Isa Kiviaho is a Finnish artist, born 1993, based in Bergen, working across photography, video, sound and data sonification. Her practice turns scientific climate data and natural processes into experiences that can be felt rather than only understood, framing humans as interconnected with nature rather than separate from it, through installations combining sound-reactive moving image with sonified environmental datasets. She is completing a Master's degree, presenting her graduation exhibition at Bergen Kunsthall, and has continued to develop image- and sound-based methods for translating ecological measurement into perceptual, atmospheric experience for gallery audiences.
