Interface
Formed in Mexico City, Interface brought together Roxana Flores and Samir Menaceri in a duo that became one of the most distinctive voices in Latin American EBM and industrial music. Their 1987 debut LP Automata — home to the driving cut "Terregator" — announced an affinity for the hard-edged electronic body music being championed by Wax Trax! Records. A second album, Dictadura, followed in 1989, and a third release, Extinción, arrived on cassette in 1991. Dark Entries Records later spotlighted their work on the Back Up Dos: Mexican Tecno Pop 1982–1989 compilation, cementing their place in the broader history of the era.
