Ha Kyoon

Ha Kyoon is a protean artist born in South Korea, raised in France, and based in Paris. Trained in circus, dance, and acting, he has collaborated across the performing arts since 2009, with physicality central to every form his work takes. His solo pieces include RUINE (toured 2019-2024) and Inverted Méditation, a forty-minute inverted musical performance from 2020. As a musician he performs a "punk électronique" live act of triggered drum machines, synths, and voice, playing Paris, Berlin, Seoul, Shanghai, Brussels, Jakarta, and Saigon. Choreographer Lavinia Vago invited him to compose and perform in FKK in Seattle in 2024. He is currently developing new work with the SHAPE+ platform.
