Goodiepal

Born Parl Kristian Bjørn Vester in 1974, this Danish-Faroese experimental musician, performance artist, composer, and fully qualified horologist holds an unusual position between radical computer music theory and anti-institutional gesture. In 2004 he was appointed professor of History and Aesthetics of Electronic Music at the Royal Danish Academy of Music in Aarhus, a post he left in 2008. He has lectured at over 150 universities and in 2002 created a brick-based compositional language. His Kommunal Klon Komputer 2 was acquired by the National Gallery of Denmark in 2014. Since 2016 he performs as part of the protest group GP&PLS.
