Falon Cañon
Falon Cañón is a Colombian sound and noise artist based in Bogotá, identified as a central figure in the city's experimental noise scene. Her practice involves building machines from waste circuits, motors, and technological scrap, using these devices to produce improvised noise compositions that engage with consumerism, waste, and saturation as critical themes. Her work articulates an aesthetic of degradation — machines that interact with viewers through sound, light, and movement rather than passive contemplation. She is part of Trilobite alongside Carlos Bonil. Her exhibition Ruido Negro was presented at the Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Bogotá in 2015.
