Fabs.ASMR

Portuguese-born, Berlin-based interdisciplinary artist Fabíola Augusta works across noise, experimental, hardcore, freejazz, and pop as performer, composer, producer, and director. Her MA research at Catalyst Institute in Funkhaus Berlin centred on the project @fabs.asmr: radio role play, examining ASMR as a vehicle for performance art and collective listening. Performing under the moniker Fabs.ASMR, she creates live-streamed and concert works inhabited by recurring characters including Sister Clara and Dr Fabi, blurring the line between improvised sound and theatrical fiction within the experimental music scene.
