Enhet För Fri Musik

Enhet För Fri Musik (Unit for Free Music) is a Swedish experimental and free-folk collective formed in 2015 in Gothenburg, bringing together members of the Swedish underground from bands including Neutral, Makthaverskan, Arv & Miljö, and Blod. The collective operates through an unusual process: members send recordings to Dan, who collates them, meaning the group has never played live together in any conventional sense. They release on their own Förlag För Fri Musik imprint and internationally on Ba Da Bing Records. Their music combines atonal guitar, organ, tape, saxophone, and field recordings, drawing on a lineage that includes Pärson Sound and International Harvester.
