Eartheater

Born in North East, Pennsylvania, and raised on a remote horse farm, Alexandra Drewchin relocated to New York City at eighteen and developed her project Eartheater across experimental electronic, classical, and vocal music. Her three-octave range is central to albums including IRISIRI (2018), Trinity (2019), Phoenix: Flames Are Dew Upon My Skin (2020), and Powders (2023). Signed to PAN, her work fuses hyperpop structures with industrial production and acousmatic composition, drawing as much from Nadia Boulanger as from rave. She has collaborated with Show Me the Body and Moor Mother, and contributed guitar to a Caroline Polachek single in 2019.
