Dylan Sheridan
Dylan Sheridan is a Tasmanian multidisciplinary artist and composer based in Hobart, working at the intersection of sound, performance and adaptive technology. After a Bachelor of Music and Arts at the University of Tasmania, he completed a Master of Music at the College-Conservatory of Music in Cincinnati. His pieces use custom-built instruments, electronics and software, staged in settings from concert halls and galleries to gunpowder magazines and car washes. He won the 2017 Green Room Award for Best Experimental Sound Performance for Crush, staged inside a car wash for Melbourne's Festival of Live Art, one of three Green Room nominations. He is an Associate Artist at Terrapin.
