Dr. Nexus

Dr. Nexus is a Berlin-based project working across noise, industrial and free improvisation, with a practice that extends into sound art, installation and live performance carried out with a punk-derived, do-it-yourself attitude.

In 2009 Dr. Nexus joined the Berlin duo Vinyl Terror & Horror — Camilla Sørensen and Greta Christensen, known for sound sculptures built from dismantled turntables and sliced vinyl — under the joint name Noizemashine Tour Truckers for the release Unloading. Dr. Nexus's work has also been presented at Berlin's MILKandLEAD gallery, as part of the Deliquium series in 2018, and circulates through Bandcamp and SoundCloud alongside other DIY noise output.
