Death Is Not The End

Death Is Not The End is a London-based record label and NTS Radio programme curated by DJ and researcher Shaun Blezard. Founded in 2014, it focuses on archival, ethnographic, and obscure recordings from global folk, gospel, pirate radio, blues, and soundsystem traditions — often sourcing from 78 RPM records, cassette culture, and private pressings. Its releases and radio mixes are distinguished by curatorial rigour and geographic breadth, presenting material from the Americas, Africa, Asia, and Europe with minimal intervention. The label has released compilations including Come, Let Us Sing and Have You Heard About the World Coming to an End.
