CM von Hausswolff

C.M. von Hausswolff (Carl Michael von Hausswolff, b. 1956) is a Swedish artist and composer working primarily with frequency-based and electronic sound installations. His work uses specific frequencies, tones, and electromagnetic phenomena to create immersive environments that act directly on the listener's physiology and psychology. He has collaborated with Thomas Liljenberg and has released on Touch and Editions Mego. As curator, he co-founded Radium Audio. Father of Anna von Hauswolff, he has maintained a central role in European sound installation and conceptual art.
