Carol Parkinson

New York-based curator who served as Executive Director of Harvestworks Digital Media Arts Center for 37 years from 1987, championing experimental artworks exploring sound, data, and technology. She is a founding member of TELLUS, the Audio Cassette Magazine, a cassette publication of experimental music issued between 1982 and 1996, and was Executive Producer of the New York Electronic Art Festival. Her educational background includes Skidmore College and the Whitney Museum Independent Study Program, and she has served on panels for the NEA and NYSCA.
