Ben Vida

Ben Vida is an American artist and composer whose electronic and computer music explores the space between composition, performance, and installation. He has released work on Pan Records and other specialist labels. Former co-leader of the group Town and Country, he has developed an increasingly minimal and rigorous solo practice that investigates the perceptual effects of long-duration sound and the relationship between electro-acoustic material and physical space. He also works extensively as a collaborator and improvisor in New York's experimental music community.
