Atte Elias Kantonen

Atte Elias Kantonen (born 1992, Helsinki) is a Finnish sonic artist and composer working with sound sculpture, unconventional speaker arrangements, and synthesised sound. His practice sculpts audio into forms that transmute optical qualities — shimmer, sheen, glassiness — into acoustic experience, ranging from the delicate to the organismic. He has released on OOH-sounds, SODA GONG, mappa, and SUPERPANG, and held a guest composer residency at Elektronmusikstudion (EMS) in Stockholm (2025), where his album Cyan Music was developed. He runs the radio show and performance series ant spa ·)((, broadcast on IDA Radio, Helsinki.
