Ataraw

Ataraw Mochizuki is a Tokyo-based musician active in noise and experimental music. He is a member of Groundcover, an experimental noise punk band formed in Tokyo in 1998 alongside Sara Nagakawa and Taisuke Endo, and also performs in Dubideb, a techno-industrial noise duo. He manages the music venue 20000V in Higashi Koenji, Tokyo, which hosts underground experimental and noise performances. His work operates in the underground networks that connect Tokyo's experimental scene to the broader international community of noise and improvised music.
