Annika Sellik

Annika Sellik is a visual artist from Iisakumaa in north-eastern Estonia, based in Oslo and Tromsø, where she studies for an MA in Fine Arts at the Tromsø Art Academy. Her installation-based practice centers on amplifying subtle sensations and notions, creating sensitive fields that invite viewers to enter and follow their own reflections, often building in radical care as a working method. Prior studies in philology and literature give text a strong presence across her work. She has exhibited in Tartu, Iceland and Tromsø, including the 2024 work Look Into My Ice at Tartu's tenure as European Capital of Culture, and took part in the Young Arctic Artists program in 2021.
