Anne Zeitz
Born in Berlin in 1980 and based in Paris, Anne Zeitz is a researcher, artist, and lecturer at the University of Rennes 2 whose practice spans photography, video, and sound. Her research centres on mechanisms of surveillance and mass media, theories of attention, and practices of counter-observation in contemporary art — the subject of her doctoral thesis (Paris 8, 2014). As a curator she co-directed the Sound Unheard exhibition at the Goethe-Institut Paris (2019) and co-curated Échos magnétiques featuring Christina Kubisch at the Musée des Beaux-Arts de Rennes (2019). She is an associated member of TEAMeD at Université Paris 8.
