Angelo Harmsworth

Angelo Harmsworth is a sound artist originally from New Mexico, now based in Berlin. His music spans drone, ambient, and harsh noise, with a practice centred on extremes held in tension: austere minimalism and dense, visceral physicality occupy the same compositional space. He has released experimental work since the early 2010s on Angoisse, Bathetic Records, Total Black, Opal Tapes, and his own label Lime Lodge. Albums include Overture Untitled, Without Blinking, and Singe. His meticulously sculpted tonal layers align with harsh noise aesthetics while retaining qualities of ambient and drone music.
