Alessandro Bosetti

Alessandro Bosetti, born in 1973 in Milan and now based in Marseille, is a composer and sound artist who deconstructs language, voice and speech through radio plays, performances and electroacoustic compositions. His hybrid works sit between music, documentary and conceptual art, often exploring the musicality hidden within everyday utterance and the fringe area between spoken language and abstract sound. He has developed a personal language that treats voice as both material and meaning. Works such as Mask and Comma have been broadcast internationally and released on Senufo Editions.
