AG Davis

AG Davis, born in 1984 in Lubbock, Texas and now based in Jacksonville, Florida, is a sound poet, writer, performance artist and composer. His intense, often durational works merge harsh noise, voice and symbolic gestures to confront themes of corporeality, power and transcendence. Through ritualistic actions and sonic expression he creates powerful experiences that challenge the boundaries between performer and audience, blending literary, visual and auditory elements into uncompromising, visceral statements. He has released on Gilgongo, Imminent Frequencies and other underground imprints.
