Achim Wollscheid

Achim Wollscheid is a German sound and media artist based in Frankfurt whose installations and performances investigate the intricate relationships between sound, architecture, light and social space. Using systems that convert light, movement or environmental data into sound, along with feedback loops and site-specific interventions, he transforms everyday environments into resonant, interactive acoustic experiences. Rather than traditional concerts, his work often unfolds in gallery or public settings, questioning perception and the boundaries between public and private sonic territories.
